With 14 years in the Tea Industry, I offer a combination of business leadership and tea expertise that spans both local and international markets. As the Founder, CEO, and Managing Director of South Africa’s pioneering and award-winning tea brand, Lady Bonin’s Tea, I was instrumental in shaping the market. My experience includes building and managing my own tea company for a decade, as well as consulting for tea businesses across Europe, Australia, the USA, Russia, and East Africa in product development, brand strategy, sales, and market expansion. As a Master Tea Blender, I’ve developed over 300 blends and brewed more than 75,000 cups of tea, accumulating over 40,000 hours of hands-on experience. Learn ancient tea practices & their inherent philosophies with Jessica as she takes you on a journey into the ancient tea ceremony practice. As a Philosophy Major, Tea Sommelier & Tea Master-in-training, Jessica has prepared over 75,000 cups of tea during her journey. Through her extensive travels to the East, Jessica has studied with Tea Masters, Monks & Philosophers, bringing back various teachings & sharing them through tea ceremonies & workshops. Each cup has allowed her to curate an experience that fosters ancient tea philosophies as tools for self-development. Jessica offers workshops, courses and tea ceremonies across Cape Town through intimate gatherings at select venues. The service also caters to private functions and events.
